How does it work?
During coaching sessions, you'll do exercises to help you leave behind old behavior patterns and feelings. You'll experience what it's like to live and work as you really want to.
In my experience, 4 to 8 sessions are enough to help you move on. Everyone is unique, so the exact number of sessions can vary from person to person. During a first discussion, we'll examine your question together, and make a plan for the fastest and most effective way to reach your goals. Then we begin a program of exercises and individual work, based on your needs and goals. These are based on a combination of Transactional Analysis, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Family Arrangements and principles derived from other methods, including Gestalt psychology, hypnotherapy, Quantum psychology, psychoanalysis and yoga. Clients tell me that they perceive my approach as: 'personal', 'committed', and 'results-oriented'. |
